This award is presented annually by the chapter’s president to a member who has performed an outstanding service for the chapter. Ms. Estlund received the President’s Award for her role in bringing litigation against officials in every branch of Florida’s government when the Florida legislature took action that would have lowered the quality of representation provided to some indigent defendants.
